1. Low pressure PU injection grouting to electrical conduit and PU-based waterproofing sealants

The electrical conduit wire casing were experiencing water leakage. It was a safety hazard because water and electricity combined can potentially result in electrocution. We were engaged by our client to carry out low pressure PU injection grouting to electrical conduit wire casing water leakage areas and the corridors along the rooms.

We were also engaged by client to apply PU-based waterproofing sealants to properly seal up all joints and cracks along fresh air ducts, aircon ducts and electrical conduits to stop water ingress.
