SWC was called to access our leakage problem at the master bedroom toilet, which was found to have underlying waterproofing issues. Restorative work was done within 1 day by experienced professionals. Plastic covers were adequaltely used so there was no need to shift out any furniture. Very responsive and I highly recommend this company for waterproofing work. The workers came and protect the place and do their work diligently, very good house keeping and also professional. Called the office and Esther was very prompt in arranging a site visit for us. Shaun came down and identified the issue. He explained the problems to us very professionally & patiently.  Price quoted was very reasonable and most importantly was no hidden charges!

We engaged SWC for an inter-floor water seepage issue between our bathroom and the unit below. From the initial inspection through to the repair works, the team was very responsive and professional.

Shaun in particular was excellent at answering our questions and clearly explaining the proposed repair method, including what was causing the seepage and how they intended to address it. Communication and coordination were prompt throughout, which was especially important as access to both units had to be arranged.
